Recommended suppliers
Mats and bricks are available from a number of suppliers, including Yoga-mad, Ruth White Yoga and Yogamatters. Please check the quality and texture of the mats in use in class before purchasing one. The sort of mat needed to perform the exercises effectively is sturdy and sticky. If in any doubt, speak to Chris. We recommend the 2.5m strap from Yoga-mad.
John Lewis have a good selection of hand towels.
Good general suppliers are Yogamatters, Ruth White Yoga, Yoga-mad and The Yoga Shop.
