More about the Wednesday evening Taster classes:
We ask you to do a Taster class before joining PBBA to find out if Pilates is right for you, and for you to assess the quality of PBBA training. For dates please see Taster details. At the end of the Taster class we ask you to decide whether you’d like to enrol, so please familarise yourself with aspects of the school before coming to the Taster class. Full details are in the Members Area.  For what to bring with you to the first class, please see Equipment for New Students.

Enrolling for your first term
At the end of the Taster class, PBBA enrols new students. At this point, we ask you to either:

a) Register with the appropriate fee (please see below) and become an inaugural student, and look forward to the benefits of regular training. Those with the relevant experience can look forward to being fast tracked.

b) Politely bow out. We understand; but please do make this clear to the teacher.

To enrol for your inaugural course, please pay cash or cheque, at the end of the class. If you join mid-term, your first 10 classes will cross over into the next term. With our graded system you may start immediately and move up to the next level when you are ready.

You can swap freely between the classes on Wednesday evenings at 6.00pm and 7.00pm or use them as a double session to catch up. Once you become a level 2 student you have an even greater choice. (See Classes).

The Pilates Dip
Not sure whether you want to commit to a 10 week inaugural course? We offer four classes for £48. This plan is for four consecutive term-time classes.

Pilates Light
We can also offer six classes for £64. This plan is for six consecutive term-time classes.

During the first 10 weeks of your training the PBBA team will do its utmost to help you understand the way the technique works on the body. You will find the swap-in scheme helpful to ensure regular attendance.
