I wish to pay for my Taster class place. I understand I cannot request a refund for a 'no-show' but that I can switch the time and date of the Taster once, to delay by a maximum of two term-time weeks. For the class this coming Wednesday please use PayPal no later than 4pm on the Tuesday. Thank you.
Cancelling your Taster class booking
Your cancellation is essential for the PBBA team, so they know how many spaces they have left. Cancelling a place you do not wish to use is greatly appreciated and, with recent changes to the UK law protecting small businesses, is now essential. Your consideration for our procedure regarding this issue will benefit us all. Thank you. We cannot offer refunds but the Taster class paid for in advance may subsequently be shifted once by a maximum of two term-time weeks.

Joining PBBA
If you wish to join PBBA, your inaugural course fees will need to be paid at the end of the Taster class. For this reason we ask you to choose a date that fits in with both your life and the way PBBA runs classes, as
(a) it must be taken within two term-time weeks of the original booking
(b) PBBA does not give refunds. In the case of serious illness etc. you can transfer your booking to a friend, please see (a).
We can either accept cash or cheque with a cheque guarantee card. Thank you. By making a booking with PBBA you are accepting our terms and conditions and we will always appreciate clients aware of such issues. Please see Members Area. Thank you.
The meaning of course classes
Yes, course classes do mean a commitment but PBBA has an excellent swap-in scheme and as a Wednesday evening student you may for example do a “back-to-back” 6pm and 7pm to catch-up. It means classses are taught with progression in mind. When you are ready, you move to another course class at a higher level. In our opinion this offers the best environment for good work from both teacher and student.
Fast tracking an experienced student
Even for those of you with a background in bodywork, you will be asked to start matwork PBBA method at level 1. It is a great joy to nuture talent. Your body will communicate what you know and, if appropriate, you will be fast-tracked out of level 1.
